Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Coca‑Cola’s most important customers in Croatia. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing profitability, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual sales plans for key customers.
• Negotiate and conclude contracts covering all aspects of collaboration.
• Plan and implement marketing and sales programmes.
• Launch new products and equipment, improving placement within sales outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits and cooperate with field sales teams.
• Monitor customer performance and propose corrective actions.
• Lead complex projects and initiatives independently.
• Build and maintain strong partnership relationships.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar key‑account or sales management role.
• Proven ability to manage key customers and strategic projects.
