Key Account Manager – Croatia

About the role

You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners in Croatia, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. The role combines data‑driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimise partnerships and maximise business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with restaurant partners through proactive communication.
• Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
• Analyse data to drive operational excellence, growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
• Drive rapid revenue growth via smart promotions, marketing activations and menu optimisation.
• Own partner revenue performance and onboarding process in the app, from store setup to first days of operation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in high‑performance account management or business consultancy, preferably in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics.
• Native level of Croatian and proficiency in English.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical skills.
