About the role

The company is looking for a Chemical Engineer or Technologist to join its Quality Control department. You will work on ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products, supporting production processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection, sampling and laboratory testing of incoming raw materials.
• Monitor product quality during production and at final stages.
• Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments.
• Create technological procedures and accompanying documentation.
• Supervise preparation and manufacturing processes.
• Track and improve existing technologies within the plant.
• Apply and develop industrial regulations, standards and legal requirements.
• Carry out administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors or directors.

Required profile

• Graduate (bachelor) or engineer in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in similar quality‑control or laboratory roles (not mandatory).
• Good communication, organization, adaptability and initiative.
• Ability to handle crisis situations independently.
• Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
