About the role

As a Junior Service Engineer you will ensure the flawless operation of sophisticated veterinary diagnostic equipment across clinics in Croatia, working under the guidance of senior engineers. You will travel to client sites, install and commission new devices, and provide technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure veterinary diagnostic devices such as ultrasound, anesthesiology, hematology, biochemistry units and endoscopes.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs and carry out regular preventive maintenance both on‑site and in the workshop.
• Provide technical support and advise users on proper operation and upkeep of the equipment.
• Educate customers on functionalities and optimal usage.
• Maintain accurate records of service interventions and consumable usage.
• Collaborate closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient client support.
• Continuously update knowledge of emerging veterinary diagnostic technologies.

Required profile

• Completed higher education in a technical field (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, computer science or related).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within Croatia.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Independent, responsible and good communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
