Junior Product Owner – Remote iGaming

About the role

Join Ludicrum Tech as a Junior Product Owner and help shape innovative iGaming experiences. This fully remote role works on a fixed schedule (10:00‑18:00 CEST) and offers the chance to turn product ideas into valuable solutions for players and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritised, and ready for development.
• Translate business needs into well‑defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to keep delivery on track and maximise product value.
• Investigate business requests, analyse player behaviour and product performance to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful features.
• Work with QA teams to ensure delivered features meet requirements and maintain high quality standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in product roles within the iGaming industry.
• Solid experience working with Agile development teams.
• Curious mindset with a passion for digging into problems to understand the why.
• Ability to turn ideas and business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
