Junior Plant Controller

About the role

Constantia Flexibles International GmbH is looking for a Junior Plant Controller in Drniš to support monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting, and to analyse production costs and manufacturing variances. The position is permanent, full-time, in an international manufacturing organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyse production costs, material consumption and manufacturing variances.
• Prepare regular operational reports for plant management.
• Monitor KPIs and investigate deviations.
• Support inventory controlling and stock reconciliations.
• Work with Production, Supply Chain and Finance teams to improve cost efficiency.
• Help improve controlling processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2 minimum).
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently in a manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• ERP experience and Power BI knowledge are a plus.
