About the role

The Aviation Technical Systems Performance Monitoring Office is looking for a qualified engineer to manage and improve the information system that supports maintenance of technical aircraft systems. The role involves coordinating training records, monitoring external service providers, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain records of technical staff training and certification.
• Participate in the management of the external service provider monitoring system.
• Oversee the effectiveness and implementation of contracts and service‑quality agreements.
• Develop documentation and application solutions related to performance monitoring.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of system records.
• Support engineering and maintenance activities for the technical information system.
• Perform additional tasks within the scope of expertise as directed by the office manager.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate and graduate university studies (or integrated study) in a technical science field (300 ECTS).
• Proficiency in English.
• Citizenship of Croatia or another EU member state.
