Implementation Engineer

About the role

DigitalGenius is looking for an Implementation Engineer to drive the successful rollout of its AI‑powered customer service platform. You will work closely with commercial, customer success and client teams to onboard and integrate solutions within weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure automation flows on the DigitalGenius platform to deliver the client’s first live use case.
• Fine‑tune AI behaviour and logic based on real‑time customer interactions and feedback.
• Integrate the platform with third‑party tools such as Dixa, Zendesk and Salesforce via APIs and webhooks.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers.
• Monitor implementation progress, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON and system integrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
