HVAC Sales Manager (LG, York, Galletti, Remak)

About the role

A distributor of HVAC equipment from leading global manufacturers (LG, York / Johnson Controls, Galletti and Remak) in Croatia is looking for a sales manager in Zagreb. The company is in its first year, with brands confirmed, logistics and financing in place and the first projects delivered. The role is not about taking over an established customer base: you build your own way of working, choose who and how to sell, and grow the network of partners and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and provide technical support for air conditioning and ventilation equipment (VRF/multi-split systems, water chillers, heat pumps, air handling units, ventilators)
• Build and manage a network of designers, installation companies, investors and construction firms
• Prepare technical-commercial offers, select and size equipment according to project documentation
• Follow projects from inquiry to delivery, coordinating with manufacturers and logistics
• Shape the sales process, tools and reporting, including using AI tools in offers, documentation and partner communication
• Take part in manufacturer training and present equipment to partners

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC sales or design, with your own professional contacts
• Technical education (mechanical engineering preferred; electrical engineering or another technical field with relevant experience)
• Independence and ability to set priorities without supervision
• Willingness to use AI tools and new technologies
• English spoken and written, for communication with manufacturers
• Category B driving licence
