Sales Assistant – Fashion Retail

About the role

Mango, a fashion brand founded in Barcelona and present in more than 120 countries, is looking for a sales assistant in its Zagreb store. The team is multicultural and passionate about creativity, innovation and authenticity, and wants someone who will help achieve the store's sales targets through quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and offer them friendly assistance.
• Advise customers and know the products very well.
• Recognise and respond quickly to customer needs so that sales are maximised.
• Give each customer professional advice when several customers are served at once.
• Prioritise customer service over other tasks.
• Keep the store tidy and attractive.
• Know the commercial targets of the store and their progress.
• Take part in the register and stock work and prepare products for sale.

Required profile

• Motivated person open to communication and able to work in a team.
• Active and dedicated people fit into the team.
• Someone who loves Mango and supports customers on their journey through the world of fashion.
