About the role
Mango, a fashion brand founded in Barcelona and present in more than 120 countries, is looking for a sales assistant to join its team at the Zagreb Arena store. The position is full time.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them courteously
- Advise customers and know the products well
- Recognise customer needs quickly and respond appropriately to maximise sales
- Give each customer professional advice when several are served at once
- Prioritise customer service over other tasks
- Keep the store tidy and attractive
- Know the store's commercial targets and their progress
- Take part in the register and stock work and prepare products for sale
Required profile
- Motivated person open to communication and able to work in a team
- Active and dedicated, who loves Mango and supports customers on their journey through the world of fashion
- Contributes to achieving the store's sales targets through quality customer service
