About the role
We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager (m/f) to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our luxury five‑star hotel in Dubrovnik. The role ensures seamless service across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and food & beverage, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B departments, ensuring standards are met.
- Plan and direct hotel operations, adhering to regulatory, technical and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, organise corrective actions and follow‑up.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with department heads and lead weekly team meetings.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar hotel operations management role.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
