Senior Project Manager – Destination Management

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at MARBER DMC, you will lead the design, planning and delivery of bespoke meetings, incentives and corporate events for international clients across Croatia’s most exclusive destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial enquiry through on‑site delivery.
• Prepare creative proposals, budgets and client presentations.
• Communicate with international clients, hotels and local suppliers.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, venues and event logistics.
• Conduct site inspections and attend client meetings.
• Ensure flawless event execution while maintaining the highest service standards.
• Collaborate closely with the MARBER team to create exceptional experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for creating exceptional experiences and exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with international clients and partners.
• Proactive, organized and calm under pressure.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubrovnik as a destination; knowledge of Split and surrounding region is a strong advantage.
• Team player who takes ownership and inspires colleagues.
