About the role

The Bank is looking for a proactive Head Manager to lead the Payment Instruments Acceptance Directorate. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding partner networks and strengthening relationships across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the designated region and group of business partners.
• Build and improve high‑quality, stable relationships with assigned partners and other key regional stakeholders.
• Acquire new partners, expand cooperation with existing ones and introduce new collaboration models.
• Maintain daily contact with internal organisational units to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with the department head and provide regular reports.
• Spend approximately 50% of working time on field activities within the region.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Minimum three years of proven sales experience.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
