Finance & Administration Assistant (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & Administration Assistant to join a leading multinational manufacturing company in Sesvete. The role combines financial processing, bookkeeping, and administrative support for the sales department, working fully onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file taxes in compliance with regulations.
• Perform accounting and bookkeeping activities, including invoicing and order processing.
• Support monthly and annual account closing processes.
• Control payroll operations and provide related support.
• Manage pro‑forma invoices and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience in administrative and accounting roles.
• Advanced written and spoken English; Spanish is a strong asset.
• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with accounting software/tools.
