Finance & Accounting Manager – International SME

About the role

The Finance & Accounting Manager will lead financial and inventory accounting, reporting and regulatory compliance for an industrial SME in Zagreb. The role works closely with external stakeholders and the CFO in Switzerland, providing exposure to international financial processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant operational experience, preferably in an industrial SME environment
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive and hands‑on approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
