Field Sales Representative – Machinery Sales & Rental

About the role

UP RENT is looking for an ambitious and communicative Field Commercialist to drive sales and rental of construction machinery across Croatia. You will act as the main point of contact for existing clients and develop new business opportunities throughout the country.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell and rent work machines and ancillary equipment.
• Maintain relationships with current customers and generate new leads.
• Prepare quotations, monitor orders and track market trends.
• Participate in the creation of sales strategies and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably technical or B2B (construction machinery, tools, equipment).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Croatian market and ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems (advantage).
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
