About the role

The Pharmacy Technician will work in a modern, family‑owned pharmacy chain, providing professional advice and sales of over‑the‑counter medicines, dietary supplements, dermocosmetics and medical products to customers in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers and sell OTC medicines, supplements, dermocosmetics and medical devices.
• Prepare and process customer orders.
• Receive, check and shelve incoming merchandise.
• Monitor product expiry dates and maintain tidy, well‑organized shelves.

Required profile

• Pharmaceutical technician qualification with a passed professional exam.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong teamwork orientation and excellent communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude and desire for continuous learning and professional development.
