About the role

Vanado is looking for an ERP Consultant specialized in accounting to help clients optimise their business processes using the Vanado ERP system. The role combines analytical thinking, user training and technical implementation to deliver maximum value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user requirements for ERP implementation and maintenance projects.
• Train and support end‑users in the Vanado ERP environment.
• Create and update functional specifications for clients.
• Provide operational support after go‑live.
• Collaborate with the development team to shape new features.
• Test new module functionalities.

Required profile

• Completed degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting tasks, from journal entries to payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ambition for continuous professional growth.
• Proactive, analytical and team‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site periodically (once a week to once a month).
• Preferred: knowledge of production accounting and experience with business‑information system implementations.
