About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our pawnshop team on a full‑time basis. The role involves direct interaction with customers, evaluating a wide range of items and providing friendly, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients through social media and email.
• Test and assess electronic devices, photography equipment, mobile phones and other items.
• Purchase precious metals, sports equipment, artworks and other goods on request.
• Conduct personal sales and assist individual customers.
• Work in a rotating shift schedule (one week morning, next week afternoon) with every other Saturday.

Required profile

• Cheerful, responsible and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Team‑oriented and flexible in task execution.
• Calm, resourceful and capable of quick decision‑making.
• Experience handling cash is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Word.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Effective internet navigation and general computer operation.
