About the role

The Technical Support Specialist will assist physicians and medical staff during electrophysiology and electro‑stimulation procedures that use SONIMED products. The role combines on‑site assistance, patient follow‑up, and training to ensure safe and effective use of the devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time technical support during medical procedures, helping doctors operate equipment and resolve issues.
• Answer technical questions from physicians and staff in hospitals and outpatient clinics across the region.
• Monitor patients using SONIMED devices in collaboration with clinicians to verify correct functioning and safety.
• Present and demonstrate products, and train medical personnel on proper use.
• Translate technical and marketing literature as needed.
• Participate in mandatory manufacturer trainings, conferences, and continuing education in Croatia and the EU.

Required profile

• Completed secondary, higher or university education in a technical or medical field.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Good spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Croatia and occasionally to EU events.
• Clean criminal record certificate.
• Strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and emotional resilience.
