About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized dispatcher to manage domestic and international freight transport. The role involves coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers, clients and partners, and ensuring smooth operations in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and optimise transport routes for domestic and cross‑border shipments.
• Maintain daily communication with drivers, customers and logistics partners.
• Monitor transport progress, resolve issues instantly and handle documentation such as waybills, CMRs, invoices and permits.
• Plan vehicle and driver schedules while complying with all legal regulations.
• Control costs, improve efficiency and participate in complaint handling.
• Use the TIMOCOM platform for load matching and market information.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar transport or logistics role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international transport regulations.
• Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Driving licence category B.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the TIMOCOM platform.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• General computer literacy.
