Department Product Manager (Victoria's Secret)

About the role

We are looking for a Department Product Manager to support the launch of the first Victoria's Secret store in Croatia. You will ensure smooth stock flow, product availability and efficient warehouse operations while contributing to the store’s commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor shop‑floor stock levels and drive timely product replenishment.
• Oversee warehouse activities including deliveries, unpacking, labeling and organization.
• Plan and prioritize incoming deliveries to maintain optimal stock flow.
• Train store staff on effective replenishment practices.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
• Analyse sales and inventory reports to set replenishment priorities.
• Assist the Store Manager in reviewing stock performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Track performance indicators and report on budget achievement.
• Lead, motivate and develop team members.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience covering both sales floor and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage stock, deliveries and warehouse organization.
• Experience interpreting sales data to make replenishment decisions.
• Track record of managing and developing a team.
• Strong organizational, prioritisation and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on approach in a fast‑paced retail environment.
