About the role
The Department Manager DDD will lead the team responsible for disinfection, disinfestation and deratization services in Zagreb.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employees and operational activities within the DDD domain.
- Monitor legal regulations related to disinfection, disinfestation and deratization and communicate with authorities.
- Drive expansion of services in the DDD area.
- Track tenders and prepare offers for DDD projects.
- Prepare reports and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Required profile
- Graduate sanitary engineer, graduate biology engineer or master of sanitary engineering.
- Active use of English language.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical abilities and financial result management.
- Independent work style with problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Valid B‑category driving licence.
