Customer Accounting Specialist

About the role

The Customer Accounting Specialist supports the financial management of all A1 service users, ensuring accurate processing of receivables, payments and enforcement actions. You will act as a liaison between internal teams, external collection partners and legal entities while maintaining high data quality in the company’s finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily operational activities for customer finance management across active, inactive and enforcement‑related accounts.
• Communicate with external collection partners, law firms and other stakeholders involved in the collection process.
• Monitor and control receivables and payment posting in internal systems (RMCA, PMM).
• Oversee enforcement collection processes within the PMM system.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, customer finance or related customer service.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and attention‑to‑detail.

Required skills

• SAP (preferred accounting system).
• Familiarity with internal finance tools such as RMCA and PMM.
