About the role

We are seeking an independent payroll specialist to manage payroll processes for domestic and expatriate employees within the INA Group. The role involves accurate calculation, verification, and reporting of salaries, taxes and related payments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute payroll processes for domestic and expatriate staff, including extraordinary earnings and other income.
• Control and verify income‑tax calculations in accordance with the Income Tax Law and its regulations.
• Post payroll, extraordinary earnings and other income entries to the accounting system.
• Monitor and reconcile receivable accounts from HZZO, resolving open items.
• Prepare internal and external reports for HR, audit and banking purposes.
• Authenticate payroll documentation for employees and external institutions (HZZO, HZMO, banks, tax authorities).

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing and income‑tax calculation.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially advanced Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office suite.
• English language proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (preferred).
