About the role

Adoro d.o.o. is looking for an Accounting Clerk (male/female) to support its finance department in Zagreb. The role involves handling various accounting and financial tasks for the company and its German subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

• Record bank statements and process foreign payments.
• Collect payments from customers under authorized withdrawal agreements.
• Perform financial checks on orders before delivery and handle negative checks.
• Issue invoices for services rendered to customers.
• Create discount approvals and send payment reminders.
• Reconcile receivables with customers and update sales and internal credit limits.
• Enter settings and calculate commissions for sales representatives.
• Collaborate with Allianz insurance to secure receivables.
• Prepare and process reports such as IOS, account balances and credit ratings.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks for Adoro GmbH and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher secondary education in economics or accounting.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Responsible, diligent and able to work independently.
• Analytical thinking and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility and proficiency with MS Office tools.
• Fluent German – native speaker.
