CAD/CAM Application Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated CAD/CAM Application Engineer to join our technical support team. You will assist customers in using SolidWorks, SolidCAM and other software solutions from our portfolio, providing both on‑site and remote assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SolidWorks, SolidCAM and related software.
• Install, configure and maintain software at customer sites and via remote sessions.
• Conduct basic training sessions and workshops for users.
• Organise installations, upgrades and user education.
• Communicate with software vendors regarding technical queries.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new software versions.
• Advise customers on selecting and using appropriate CAD/CAM solutions.

Required profile

• Completed undergraduate or graduate study in a technical field.
• Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or another CAD system acquired through studies, projects or prior work.
• Understanding of technical documentation, design and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and proactive work attitude.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Proficient English language skills.
