Electrical Assembler – Control Cabinet Specialist

About the role

PIA Automation Croatia is looking for an Electrical Assembler to join its team in Sesvetski Kraljevec (Zagreb). You will work on the assembly and wiring of control cabinets for automation projects both locally and abroad, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble control cabinets and wire control systems for automation applications.
• Perform independent work using checklists, test plans, and assembly documentation.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to guide assembly.
• Participate in project assembly and commissioning in Croatia and overseas.
• Support technical improvements and collaborate closely with Electrical and Mechanical Design departments.
• Adhere to quality standards and established safety procedures throughout all tasks.

Required profile

• Strong electrical assembly skills with a focus on quality and customer orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and a quality‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent Croatian and good English (German is a plus).
