Assistant Department Manager - VSL & Beauty (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Department Manager to lead the VSL & Beauty department in Zagreb, driving sales and ensuring top‑level customer service as we launch a new brand in Croatia. You will support the department manager in motivating the team, analysing KPIs and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Key responsibilities

• Actively drive sales and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Manage the team by motivating, developing, and delegating tasks.
• Work with sales KPIs, including analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging them to achieve business goals.
• Ensure compliance with product display and visual merchandising standards.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar position within the retail industry.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer‑focused approach.
• Communicative level of English.
• Ability to effectively plan and organize your own work as well as the team’s work.
