About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at the Designer Outlet JACK & JONES in Sesvete. You will use your retail knowledge and passion for fashion to help position our brands successfully in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the store’s sales targets.
• Open and close the store, following end‑of‑day procedures.
• Prepare and arrange clothing on the sales floor.
• Support the store manager and visual manager in maintaining store standards.
• Provide proactive, sales‑oriented advice to customers.
• Work independently and bring innovative ideas.
• Assist the team with daily operational tasks.
• Handle exchanges, complaints and returns.
• Share responsibility for stock control and inventory counts.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the stockroom.

Required profile

• Completed vocational education or comparable work experience.
• Strong passion for fashion, trends and sales.
• Reliability, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good numeracy and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Independent, problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent in Croatian (spoken and written); English is a plus.
• Organisational talent and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas.
• Empathy, initiative and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
