About the role

Fed d.o.o. is expanding its operations and needs two motivated individuals to take ownership of projects for existing and new customers. The role combines project coordination, customer communication and responsibility for sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with current customers, receive inquiries and orders.
• Coordinate projects with design, technology, costing and production teams.
• Manage each project from initial request through delivery.
• Identify potential issues early and actively contribute to their resolution.
• Gradually assume greater responsibility for customer relationships, sales performance and project profitability.
• Participate in developing new customers and sales programmes after familiarising with the business.

Required profile

• Fast learner eager to understand products, technologies and business processes.
• Organised, able to handle multiple parallel tasks.
• Responsible and committed to delivering agreed outcomes.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable working with numbers, offers and deadlines.
• Self‑reliant use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Interest in concrete products and project work.
