Area Manager – Krapinsko‑zagorska & Zagreb County

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Area Manager to oversee our retail stores in the Krapinsko‑zagorska region and Zagreb County. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing costs and developing store teams across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and control all processes in assigned stores, maximizing sales while monitoring productivity and costs.
• Organise and monitor the opening of new retail units.
• Manage, educate and motivate store managers, tracking their progress.
• Conduct regular visits to all stores in the region to support and develop team members.
• Coordinate inspection processes, regular and ad‑hoc inventories.
• Collaborate proactively with HR on regional personnel matters and work closely with colleagues.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail management role (preferred).
• Result‑oriented, motivated and operationally focused.
• Strong team‑leadership and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
