About the role

We are expanding our team in Dugopolje and are looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Advisor for the Kitchen Department. You will be the main point of contact for customers interested in kitchen furniture, appliances, and related equipment, helping them turn their design ideas into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Actively sell kitchen furniture, appliances and accessories.
• Advise customers on design, materials, functionality and technical specifications.
• Create concept solutions, offers and cost calculations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.
• Monitor market trends and new developments in furniture and interior design.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high service quality.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS).
• Sales experience, preferably in furniture, kitchens or related products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify needs.
• Independent, proactive and responsible work attitude.
• Team player with basic computer literacy.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with interior‑design software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience using SketchUp or similar kitchen‑planning programs.
