About the role

iStyle is looking for an Apple Certified Technician to join its Zagreb Arena store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and repair services for all Apple devices.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and deliver technical assistance for Apple products.
• Perform diagnostic tests, identify issues, and propose accurate repair estimates.
• Repair devices according to Apple’s guidelines and update software configurations.
• Manage repair tickets, keep customers informed of progress, and handle on‑site returns.
• Control spare‑part inventory, sort and organise damaged components during testing.
• Support the rollout of new applications, services and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation and keep detailed documentation of problems and solutions.
• Train customers on iOS usage when required and assist customer‑service representatives with technical queries.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar technical support or repair role.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Apple hardware.
• Apple certification is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude, agility, responsibility and result‑orientation.
