Agronom (enolog – voditelj podruma)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Agronomist (Enologist – Cellar Manager) to lead the wine production process at our winery in Pece, Croatia. The role combines technical oversight of winemaking, cellar management, regulatory compliance and participation in promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute the wine production process in all phases, from grape reception to bottling.
• Maintain the cellar, work equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal operating conditions.
• Monitor legal regulations, maintain communication with relevant authorities, and ensure compliance.
• Apply existing quality standards, develop improvements and drive continuous quality enhancement.
• Participate in winery promotional events, fairs and presentations.

Required profile

• Higher education in Agronomy; specialisation in viticulture or fruit growing is preferred.
• Relevant work experience in similar roles is an advantage.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and stay well organised.
