About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Agent to join our card‑payment team in Zagreb. You will act as the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with transaction verification, terminal usage, and general inquiries while ensuring smooth communication with partner banks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare SinglePOS parameters according to bank agreements.
• Communicate with partner banks and exchange data.
• Provide help‑desk support to clients, including phone verification of transactions and simple instructions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
• Analyze traffic, generate management reports, and perform basic log/error analysis.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues from various departments.
• Conduct user education and training sessions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken communication in Croatian and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Integrity, reliability, responsibility, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and pursue continuous education.
• Relevant secondary or higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS).

Required skills

• Advanced computer proficiency, especially MS Office with a focus on Excel.
• Familiarity with Windows operating system.
