About the role

The company is looking for a motivated Store Sales Manager to lead the ironware department. You will be responsible for daily store operations, team performance and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Manage everyday store operations
Supervise and train sales staff
Optimize sales strategies
Maintain high standards of customer service
Analyze sales data and prepare reports
Control inventory, orders and conduct stock takes
Develop and implement marketing initiatives
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues

Required profile

Retail experience
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of sales data analysis
Team motivation skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Proficiency with computer systems
High level of organizational skills

What we offer

Full reimbursement of travel expenses
Net salary of 1,500 EUR
