About the role

The Branch Manager will be the key driver of all business processes in the Osijek store, ensuring sales excellence and creating a shopping environment that customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the branch’s performance, overseeing sales, product availability and store presentation.
• Lead, motivate and inspire a team of approximately 50 employees to achieve high results.
• Develop the team through coaching, training and mentoring to meet sales targets.
• Manage operational aspects such as work planning, inventory control and store tidiness.
• Focus on customer needs, continuously delivering a positive shopping experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful leadership experience managing a sizable team.
• High energy and a passion for challenges in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Analytical mindset, making data‑driven decisions.
• Valid B‑category driving licence and willingness to travel across Croatia as needed.
