About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Category Services (m/f) to join our Procurement team in Zagreb. Working closely with the Category Manager, you will support the development of the category, engage in supplier negotiations and help drive commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in negotiations and communication with suppliers.
• Analyse prices, margins, commercial terms and category performance.
• Monitor competition and market trends.
• Assist in contract management and collaboration with the legal department.
• Track achievement of procurement targets.
• Prepare analyses and reports for the Category Manager.
• Help resolve complaints and commercial issues.
• Provide day‑to‑day support in category management.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business or a related field.
• Enjoy working with numbers and drawing conclusions from data.
• Highly organized, precise and responsible.
• Proactive, result‑oriented and good communicator.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel.
