About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the hotel’s restaurant, café and bar operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience across all dining outlets. This position is responsible for shaping the culinary and beverage concepts that set new standards for hospitality in Zagreb.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, café and bar, maintaining high service quality.
• Plan, organize and supervise team schedules, ensuring efficient staffing.
• Develop and implement menu and beverage offerings that reflect the hotel’s premium brand.
• Control inventory, ordering, and cost management to meet budget targets.
• Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service standards.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to integrate F&B initiatives with overall guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing restaurant, café or bar operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
