About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead the service team at our restaurant and bar in Medulin. You will ensure smooth opening procedures, excellent guest experiences, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant, bar and other areas for service each day.
• Take orders, issue invoices and handle payments.
• Calculate daily cash turnover and hand over funds to the cash desk.
• Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic arrangement of tables.
• Address simple guest complaints promptly.
• Apply occupational health and safety measures.
• Conduct activities in line with legal, internal regulations, procedures and company goals.

Required profile

• Hospitality qualification (KV/SSS).
• Active use of English for understanding and speaking.
• Willingness to work shifts.
• Commitment to continuous learning and career development.
