About the role

The Hotel Dubrovnik in Zagreb is looking for a friendly and efficient waiter to join its dining team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables for service.
• Welcome guests, seat them, and take their orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to hospitality standards and issue bills.
• Take room service orders and deliver them to guest rooms.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Prepare cash‑register reports, print daily turnover statements, and submit daily cash totals.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma (KV/SSS) or equivalent.
• Polite, communicative, and team‑oriented.
• Advanced English; additional foreign language is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• At least three months of relevant experience (preferred).
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to improve.
