About the role

AGRIA d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join its retail team in Zagreb. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right products and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and provide expert advice to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Receive, process and confirm customer orders.
• Prepare goods for delivery and manage incoming stock.
• Maintain a clean, organized and attractive sales floor.

Required profile

• Secondary school education in economics or a technical field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in retail or similar sales environments.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Experience with similar equipment sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
