Technician (m/f)

About the role

MARKOJA d.o.o. is looking for a motivated Technician to join its Service Department in Zagreb. You will work on a variety of projects in telecommunications, optics, technical installations and automation, gaining hands‑on experience while collaborating with seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Install, assemble and maintain telecommunications, technical and process equipment.
• Carry out optical and other technical installations on‑site.
• Prepare tools, equipment and materials required for each job.
• Perform basic measurements and system testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting faults and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and technical standards at all times.
• Support the organization and execution of field activities.
• Suggest improvements for work organization and technical execution.
