About the role

Euromodus, a partner of Telemach Croatia, is looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to promote Telemach mobile, fixed, TV and internet services. You will work on‑site in Split (TC Joker and Prima 3) or nearby locations, engaging both existing and potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell Telemach products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Provide expert advice on the most suitable solutions and packages, tailoring offers to customer needs.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term, high‑quality relationships with customers.
• Monitor telecom market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Handle administrative sales documentation and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education (SSS); higher education is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Proactive, independent and responsible work attitude.
• Basic computer literacy, especially MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment.
