About the role

Lidl Hrvatska is looking for a Finance Associate to join its finance team in Velika Gorica. You will support daily cash operations, liquidity management and ensure accurate financial processing across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions and manage liquidity.
• Ensure payment execution and communicate with banks and stores.
• Post and reconcile bank statements.
• Work with SAP FI/CO and internal modules.
• Post monthly, quarterly and yearly financial calculations.
• Verify, enter and administer all financial contracts and processes.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Perform other administrative finance tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar finance roles.
• Good knowledge of English or German.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace tools.
