About the role

Lidl Croatia is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join its finance team in Velika Gorica. The role involves handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping, cost analysis and supporting the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Post and reconcile invoices and other accounting documents.
• Analyse costs and prepare financial reports.
• Work with SAP FI/CO module for accounting tasks.
• Execute postings for monthly, quarterly and annual settlements.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• University degree (BSc/MSc) in Economics or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with MSFI, accounting and tax regulations.
• Active use of English; German language knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and independent work skills.
