Cost Control Analyst (m/f) – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role

We are seeking a Cost Control Analyst to join our team in Zagreb on a one‑year maternity‑leave replacement. You will support budgeting, cost monitoring and financial reporting for our international banking IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the annual budget process and medium‑long‑term planning in cooperation with the Group.
• Perform periodic analysis of activity sectors, evaluating progress and forecasts against budgets.
• Support definition and control of industrial service costs, acting as an interface with relevant structures.
• Monitor operating and capital expenses and assist in financial data preparation and reporting.
• Ensure work complies with company and Group regulations.

Required profile

• University diploma in Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar cost‑control or financial analysis role.
• Advanced English proficiency for fluent communication.
• Strong analytical abilities, detail orientation and ability to set priorities.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
