Service Owner – Cloud & Data Center

About the role

The Service Owner will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our Cloud and Data Center services, translating business needs into reliable, secure and cost‑effective technology solutions. You will work in a global, multi‑regional environment and collaborate closely with security, service management and regional IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Cloud and Data Center services, from strategy and design through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the service roadmap aligned with business objectives and overall IT strategy.
• Ensure service delivery is reliable, secure, compliant and cost‑efficient.
• Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, migrations and service improvement projects.
• Coordinate priorities across delivery teams, vendors and service partners.
• Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction, implementing continuous improvement actions.
• Manage budgets, resources, documentation and operational governance.
• Collaborate with security, service management and regional IT teams to maintain global alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Cloud and Data Center services in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to lead vendor and service provider relationships.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and service excellence.
